Critical Reveiw of the Effects on Procurement in the UK Public Sector after the Egan & Lathan Reports - Dissertation Example These transformations, both reports argued will prevent the crisis from happening again and consequently make the construction industry more resilient to future economic reversals. Investigating the current state of the construction industry as compared to the pre-Latham and Egan report era, this paper also investigated if the recommendations were fully implemented and integrated within the construction industry.
